The role requires the successful candidate to ensure new clients have a smooth and professional onboarding experience by gathering necessary case details and organizing them into the client's file. This includes collecting and documenting essential information such as auto insurance details, health insurance details, driver's license information, accident details, photos and videos related to the incident, contact information, emergency contact information, and more.
To excel in this role, you'll need excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computers and case management or CRM systems. You'll also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be responsible for calling newly signed clients to welcome them and guide them through the intake process.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role, as you'll be communicating with clients in both languages. Moreover, the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion is necessary.
The work hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break. The monthly salary for the position is $1,000.
