Jodie Kidd and Frankie Bridge graced the red carpet at the premiere of M&S: Dress The Nation season two in London on Thursday. The fashionable event, which will air on ITV1 and ITVX on September 14, saw nine hopeful designers compete for a mentorship with M&S and the chance to have their design sold nationwide.

Jodie Kidd, who confirmed her engagement to Joseph Bates in December 2021, turned heads in a black tweed leather mini dress embellished with silver studs. The dress showcased her toned legs and was accessorized with a green beaded necklace and leather strap bracelets. However, Bates was noticeably missing from the event.

Jodie Kidd and Bates have been together for eight years, having first appeared in public together in October 2017. Bates proposed to Kidd four years later during a romantic trip to Paris. Kidd has been engaged three times before, but this will be her first marriage to Bates.

Kidd, who has a 13-year-old son, Indio, from a previous relationship, was joined at the event by Georgia Jones, Mark Wright, and Jim Chapman.

Meanwhile, Frankie Bridge, who also attended the premiere, opted for a burgundy leather co-ord featuring an oversized jacket and matching trousers. She added a pop of colour with a grey crop top, flashing her abs in the process.

AJ Odudu co-hosted the series of M&S: Dress The Nation, which will see the nine designers compete in five hour-long episodes. The contestants will face challenges such as designing for different body shapes and creating sustainable fashion.

With the premiere of M&S: Dress The Nation season two, fashion enthusiasts can look forward to a new season of style, creativity, and competition. The show will air on ITV1 and ITVX on September 14.
