Juvenile victimized through theft at Dresden Central Railway Station
In a shocking incident, a 10-year-old girl was brutally attacked and robbed at Dresden Central Station. The girl, who has black, shoulder-length hair, was wearing a light-colored t-shirt with pink sleeves and a flower print, and had a lilac backpack.
The incident occurred in broad daylight on Thursday afternoon. Two teenagers, approximately 16 years old, threatened the girl with a knife and demanded money from her. When the girl refused, they snatched her wallet and stole a low three-digit amount.
The police are specifically asking for anyone who saw the girl at the crime scene to come forward. Descriptions of the suspects are available. One suspect had black hair, a small mustache, and was wearing a gold chain, black shoes, jeans, and a black jacket with the hood up. The other suspect had black curly hair, a beard, and was wearing black shoes, jeans, a black jacket without a hood, and a black beanie. Both suspects are believed to have been wearing gloves.

A tragic turn of events unfolded when a tram driver, Hamza Arkadas, was stabbed during his night shift. There were no witnesses, but surveillance camera footage shows a young passenger provoking and then attacking him. The police are investigating with the help of a "super-recognizer" officer to identify the perpetrator. However, the tram driver himself was the victim and no one else is reported to have seen the young girl at the crime scene.
A glimmer of hope emerged when it was reported that a tram driver intervened, causing the robbers to flee. The police are asking the tram driver who intervened to come forward. The Soko Iuventus task force has taken over the investigation.
