In addition to the cannabis shop, the building will house a coffee roaster, juice bar, and a taco stand. El Green-Go's, a popular taco stand with a loyal following from its food truck on L Street, has been recruited to fill a vacant space in the building. The taco shop has signed a ten-year lease, indicating a long-term commitment to the community.
The Russian Jack Community Council initially had concerns about a pot shop being a good neighbor.
