In a thrilling development for egg-lovers and food enthusiasts in Las Vegas, Californian-based Eggslut is set to open its second outlet in the city. The new location, scheduled to open in late 2025, will be situated at a property off the Las Vegas Strip.
The expansion of Eggslut in Las Vegas comes as exciting news for both the restaurant and the local community. Co-owner Jeff Vales expressed his enthusiasm in a Tuesday statement, expressing the team's eagerness to offer more access and deliciousness to local customers.
Eggslut, renowned for its delectable breakfast sandwiches made with cage-free eggs, first made its debut in Las Vegas in 2016 at The Cosmopolitan. The success of the first store has led to the decision to expand, allowing the restaurant to further establish itself in the city.
The founder of Eggslut, Alvin Cailan, is looking forward to the new location becoming an integral part of the Vegas scene and growing the business. Notably, the first Vegas Eggslut store will remain open after the new location opens, ensuring that fans of the restaurant will have two opportunities to enjoy their favourite breakfast dishes.
