Latin Grammy Awards Set for Return to Las Vegas in 2025.

The Latin GRAMMY Awards jet-sets back to Sin City this year, once more cementing its long-standing alliance with Univision, responsible for producing and airing the event. This year marks the 15th time Las Vegas has hosted the music extravaganza, celebrating artists across an array of genres and dialects.

Manuel Abud, CEO of The Latin Recording Academy, shares his excitement, commenting, "Las Vegas has warmly embraced the Latin GRAMMYs through the years. We're geared up for another spectacular Latin GRAMMY Week honoring Latin music and its creators."

After undergoing a wave of changes, reinvention, and growth, the awards show made history in 2023 by staging its very first non-U.S. ceremony, based in magical Seville, Spain. The move aimed to capitalize on the burgeoning international influence of Latin music, resulting in the introduction of new categories like Best Portuguese Language Urban Performance, acknowledging the impact of artists hailing from Brazil and Portugal.

The Latin GRAMMYs last touched down in Miami in 2024, celebrating its 25th anniversary and payback to the city where it all began in 2000, as well as the Academy's headquarters. Miami had previously welcomed the awards in 2003 and 2020, with the 2020 ceremony taking place sans live audience due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Latin GRAMMY Week in 2025 will once more illuminate Las Vegas, featuring an alluring lineup of events such as the Special Awards Ceremony, Leading Ladies of Entertainment, Latin GRAMMY In The Schools, Nominee Reception, Best New Artist Showcase, Person of the Year Gala, and the Premiere Ceremony.

Nominations will be unveiled on September 17, 2025, and live-streamed on the Academy's social channels. The first round of voting runs from July 28 to August 8, with final voting from October 1 to October 13. The 26th annual Latin GRAMMY Awards ceremony is scheduled for November 13, 2025, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, with Univision set to broadcast live coverage starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central), and a pre-show at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. Central).

Behind-the-scenes:Initiated in 2000, the Latin GRAMMY Awards have embarked on a global journey since its inception, having rotated between Miami, New York City, Houston, and Las Vegas.
