Last night, an unauthorized gathering related to the Middle East conflict took place at Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt from 6 PM. Approximately 300 law enforcement officers responded to the gathering, which saw around 100 people moving between the two locations.

The gathering was marked by several incidents, with 96 criminal proceedings initiated by law enforcement officers. Among the charges were physical attack and resistance against law enforcement officers, insults, assault, the use of unconstitutional and terrorist organization symbols, and the chanting of criminal, banned slogans.

As a result, 94 people, including 70 women and 24 men, were subject to freedom-restricting measures. Some individuals were verbally aggressive towards law enforcement officers, and in some cases, law enforcement officers had to use force to remove them. Notably, no gathering leader was identified, and no new information about the leader was provided in this paragraph.

However, it's important to note that all individuals were later released after their identities were confirmed. There is currently no information available regarding which organization was behind the unauthorized assembly.

All persons on Rosenthaler Straße were asked to leave due to the unauthorized gathering. Despite the incidents, the total number of people subject to freedom-restricting measures was 94.

This unauthorized gathering serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining peace and order during such sensitive times. Law enforcement officers will continue to work diligently to ensure the safety and security of all citizens.
