The first arrest was made on Sunday, August 31, in the early hours, when a 32-year-old German citizen was stopped near the main station. Due to a violation of the Narcotics Act, a criminal complaint was filed against him. The man was taken to the station to withdraw cash as he did not have enough money to pay a fine of 840 euros, with an additional 10 euros from a remaining fine.

Later in the day, at 10:20 AM, another arrest was made at the main station. A 41-year-old German was stopped, against whom an arrest warrant had been issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office Detmold. After paying the fine, he was able to leave the station after the police measures were completed.
