Law firm Landye Bennett Blumstein expands its team with four new members: three partners and one associate attorney.

Landye Bennett Blumstein (LBB), a leading law firm based in Alaska, has announced the addition of four new partners and an associate attorney to its team. The new additions, Andy Erickson, Doug Karet, John Crone, and Suzanne Adler, are set to strengthen the firm's areas of business litigation, class actions, and criminal defense.

Andy Erickson, one of the new partners, joined LBB in 2016 and became a Partner in January 2024. Erickson holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana, a master's degree in environmental policy from the University of Oxford, and a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. His practice focuses on Alaska Native, municipal, natural resources, appellate law, and more.

Doug Karet, another new partner, joined LBB as a Partner in November 2023. Karet, who has more than twenty-five years of experience in construction and construction law, regularly represents general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals in construction and development matters.

Suzanne Adler, who moved to Alaska in 2016, joined LBB as an Associate Attorney in January 2024. Before entering private practice, Adler clerked for Superior Court Judge Louis J. She obtained her JD from Boston University School of Law and her bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in Massachusetts. Adler's practice focuses on business litigation, natural resources litigation, and employment law. She has a successful track record of defending corporate clients in natural resources matters in the Alaska Supreme Court.

John Crone, the third new partner, joined LBB in November 2023. Crone is also licensed to practice law in Alaska and Colorado. He works with individuals and private entities on complex litigation, such as employment, construction, business, commercial, and administrative matters.

The addition of these experienced professionals marks a significant milestone for Landye Bennett Blumstein. The firm is confident that their expertise will contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
