Lawyer Misha Daha Joins Vedder Price's New York Office as Equity Partner, Fund Financial Focus
Misha Daha has joined Vedder Price, a leading commercial law firm with offices in major global cities, as a Shareholder in the New York office. Daha's appointment marks a significant expansion for Vedder Price's East Coast finance practice and the firm's fund finance and debt fund practice areas.
Daha brings extensive experience in fund finance to Vedder Price. Over the course of her career, she has advised on the financing of loans and credits on both national and international platforms. Her expertise includes direct lending, subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, and letter of credit facilities.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Daha spent nine years at Ashurst LLP in New York, where she advised borrowers and lenders in syndicated and bilateral financing transactions across several industry platforms, both domestically and on a cross-border basis.

Daha received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College. She will continue to provide fund financing advice to both lender and borrower clients at Vedder Price.
