Polsaëter, who joined LeoVegas in 2017 as the Sports Manager for the Swedish market, has spent almost every second of his time at LeoVegas enjoying his work.
Polsaëter's career at LeoVegas saw rapid progression, with a promotion to Head of Sportsbook just a year after joining. As Head of Sportsbook, he took responsibility for the entire group's sportsbook operations. In 2022, MGM Resorts' acquisition of the company seems to have initiated a wave of executive transitions.
