Luxury hotel, Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, reveals plans for a $200 million room expansion project
Green Valley Ranch Resort Undergoes $200 Million Renovation
Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nevada, is currently undergoing a significant transformation. Owned by Red Rock Resorts (Station Casinos), the resort is undergoing a multi-phase renovation of all 493 guest rooms and suites, with a focus on elevating the resort into a new era of luxury.
The renovation began recently and is expected to be completed in stages. The West Tower rooms and suites are set to be completed by the fall of 2025, followed by the East Tower and South Lobby in 2026. The entire project is scheduled for completion by 2026.
The West Tower's 16 executive suites, with and without patios, will feature a sophisticated, contemporary design. The luxurious en-suite in the executive suites will encompass floor-to-ceiling Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble surfaces, twin vanities, a soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet, and a makeup station.
Each of the West Tower's eight one-bedroom suites includes a living and dining room, bar area, oversized smart television, minibar, in-room Nespresso service, robes, garment-steaming facilities, and lighting controls. The Luxury Patio Suite and Strip Suite in the West Tower offer personalized butler service.
The West Tower's suites will feature amenities such as 75"-85" smart TVs, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, extensive minibar selections, in-room Nespresso machines, plush robes, and steamers. The one-bedroom Patio Suites in the West Tower boast a foyer, living area, walk-around bar, dining accommodations for entertaining, a soaking tub, and an oversized vanity.
The West Tower's executive suites offer flexible king or two-queen configurations with an adjoining sitting area and pool-view balconies or vineyard-facing patios. The renovation includes 98 deluxe king and 64 double-queen rooms, each 495 square feet. The West Tower's 37 suites will be redesigned to offer a blend of contemporary elegance and avant-garde design.
Design elements include stone surfaces, bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble, LED vanity mirrors, 65-inch smart TVs, Nespresso machines, a Conair garment steamer, automated lighting control system, plush robes, and analog alarm clocks.
The property-wide transformation also includes upgrades to convention and other public spaces, with new amenities planned to come online through late 2025 and into the first half of 2026. The renovated accommodations will be among the most distinctive in the city, according to the resort's vice president and general manager, Ken Janssen.
The renovation is being guided by a design by Station Casinos' in-house team in partnership with Avenue Interior Design. The aim is to create a welcoming retreat with residential warmth and layered textures, blending contemporary European-inspired and timeless sophisticated design with bespoke finishes. The project aims to elevate the resort into a new era of luxury with distinctive, modern accommodations suited to discerning travelers.
