madVR Labs set to demonstrate expansive video processing capabilities at CEDIA Expo 2025
The upcoming CEDIA Expo 2025 promises to be an exciting event for audiovisual enthusiasts, with madVR Labs set to make a significant impact. The company will have a major presence at the expo, showcasing their flagship products, the madVR Envy Core and Envy Extreme, in over a dozen high-profile theaters, partner booths, and large-scale displays.
One of the highlights will be the collaboration between madVR Labs and Barco Residential at Booth 3725. Here, visitors can expect to see three Envy Extremes showcasing Barco's portfolio for luxury home cinemas. In Sound Room 10 (SR10), an Envy Extreme will be paired with a Christie CP4455-RGB pure laser DCI-compliant cinema projector on a DreamScreen 13-foot-wide 2.40 aspect ratio screen.
At the Seymour-Screen Excellence Demo (Booth 4409), the Envy Core will direct the True Aspect Masking (TAM) screen to precisely match various aspect ratios, including mid-movie changes. Sound Room 6 (SR6) is another partnership, featuring a 15.7.8 Atmos theater with the Envy Extreme powering the video processing at 5K resolution.
madVR Labs' innovations, such as the Dynamic Subtitle OverlayTM (DSO), multi-lingual menu support, and AI-based deinterlacing (DeinterlaceAITM), will be showcased at the MadVR Deep Dive Demo Station.
The Envy Extreme will also be featured in other partnerships. At L-Acoustics (Room 4025), it will perform state-of-the-art video processing with the Barco Heimdall projector and a 160′′ acoustically transparent Stewart Filmscreen WallScreen Deluxe screen. At Just Video Walls, an Envy Extreme will be paired with a JVW 217" 16:9 AR screen featuring a 1.2 mm pixel pitch.
Just Video Walls will bring simplicity to the MicroLED landscape, showcasing three Envy Extremes at Booths 2337 & 2143. Another Envy Extreme at Just Video Walls will be paired with a JVW 130" Outdoor display featuring a 1.2 mm pixel pitch, one of the first high-performance outdoor DV-LED walls of its kind.
AWALL will showcase the Envy Extreme paired with its AWC162-09X, 162′′ C Series 0.9 pixel pitch COB MicroLED 16:9 display. At the Steinway Lyngdorf private demo room, the Envy Extreme will provide the video processing with the Barco Njord CinemaScope projector on a Seymour-Screen Excellence 4K High Dynamic Range Enlightor-NEO screen.
Sound Room 7 (SR7) is a partnership between madVR Labs and several other companies, featuring a 14.18.10 Atmos theater valued at over $1M USD.
Leading manufacturers and integrators showcasing the madVR Envy Core and Envy Extreme at CEDIA Expo 2025 include madVR Labs itself, Seymour-Screen Excellence (Booth #4409), and Leon Speakers (Booth #1923), among others. This totals about 15 demonstrations across the show floor.
