Major healthcare conference receives 137 pods from Evolution Dome and TDS for its event
Total Destination Solutions (TDS), a division of Total Transportation Solutions (TTS), recently made headlines with their innovative solution at a private healthcare conference held from April 1st to 3rd at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
Led by industry veterans Rance Brown and David Lewis, TDS, under the leadership of President Nora Miles, was established to deliver gold-standard service in destination management. Each inflatable Meeting Pod, designed for 15 people, offered soundproofing and privacy for confidential discussions. The open-top design maintained the same ambient temperature as the exhibit hall, ensuring comfort for attendees. The pods also featured adjustable fans for air circulation and white noise, enhancing the overall experience.
The strategic use of these inflatable structures minimized setup time and avoided extensive venue costs, centralizing everything, including one entry point, one lounge with F&B, one BEO, and one very happy client.
