Middle-aged rabbi counters charges before potential detention

On February 22, 2025, a 43-year-old man was provisionally arrested in the Heumaden district of Stuttgart-Sillenbuch. The arrest was made following a call to emergency services by a 38-year-old woman, who alleged that her husband had threatened and assaulted her.

Upon entering the house, police officers encountered the aggressive suspect in the stairwell. The suspect resisted arrest violently, causing officers to use pepper spray and a police dog. The suspect sustained minor injuries during the arrest.

Despite the police's efforts to provide information, the search results do not provide information about the woman's location, nor does it state where she resides.

After the completion of police procedures, the 43-year-old was released. Emergency services attended to the injured man and transported him to a hospital.
