Million-Dollar Poker Event Happening in November-December '19

Michael Mizrachi has made poker history by securing the title of the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event. The prestigious victory came with a substantial $10 million prize and a half-million-dollar Main Event bracelet.

Mizrachi started the Final Table Day One with a commanding chip lead, holding over three-quarters of the chips in play. This advantage remained consistent throughout the tournament, allowing him to dominate the final stages.

The final four players' payouts and respective chip counts were as follows:

  1. Michael Mizrachi: Winner, $10,000,000
  2. John Wasnock: Runner-up, $6,000,000
  3. Braxton Dunaway: Third place, $4,000,000
  4. Kenny Hallaert: Fourth place, $3,000,000

Mizrachi's chip count was so dominant that he entered heads-up with a 196 big blind stack compared to Wasnock’s 37 big blinds. This significant chip disparity contributed to his swift victory in just 20 hands from four-handed play.

The American poker pro quickly eliminated both the fourth and third-place finishers in the opening hands of the final day, further solidifying his chip lead and control of the tournament.

The Main Event final table consisted of 9 players, with Saez Zamorano Antonio from Andorra holding the largest stack with 29,875,000 chips. Milad Ogabian from Lebanon was in 6th place with 8,100,000 chips, while Samuel Duzgun from Switzerland had 21,375,000 chips.

Other notable players at the final table included Ruslan Shavkatovich Bakhtiev from Russia, who placed 3rd with 20,300,000 chips, and David Comerón from Spain, who had 13,525,000 chips.

The tournament had a €1,000 buy-in and a €50,000 guarantee. Payouts started from 8th place, with the minimum payout at this stage being €2,050. Dmitry Vitugins finished in 15th place, earning €6,500, while Pavel Bilonozhko finished in 11th place, taking home €10,500.

In addition to the Main Event, other notable results included Vadim Lipovka's win in the Platinum High Roller event, earning him €14,000, and Alexander Lysenko's 38th-place finish in the Main Event, earning him €2,450.

The bubble lasted over 3 hours, and Anton Kozko finished in 28th place, winning €3,850. Andrey Golubev from Kazakhstan placed 18th, taking home €5,000.

Meanwhile, in the Platinum High Roller tournament, which had 57 entries, Vadim Lipovka emerged victorious, adding another significant win to his poker resume.

With Mizrachi's triumph, the 2025 WSOP Main Event comes to a thrilling conclusion, marking another memorable chapter in the history of poker.
