In the heart of Dreieich, a new addition to the local shopping scene has been introduced. The mobile sales vehicle, Michael Duschl Fresh Service, is now available every Tuesday in Dreieichenhain, offering fresh products to seniors and all residents of the district.
The central location of the sales vehicle in Fahrgasse is significant, keeping local supply easily accessible and convenient for the residents of Dreieichenhain. This strategic placement has been welcomed by Robin Winkel, chairman of the advertising association, who expressed his delight at securing local supply in the district so quickly.
The introduction of the sales vehicle is a successful cooperation between local business and community in Dreieich, emphasised by the city. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the shopping options for the residents, particularly for seniors who may find it challenging to travel long distances for their weekly shopping.
The mobile market, if the response is positive, could be a sustainable supplement to the existing Thursday market. The test phase for the sales vehicle is ongoing until December 17, during which the acceptance of the offer by the population is being assessed. If the test phase goes well, the advertising association plans to continue the mobile market in the new year.
The mobile sales vehicle will be positioned on the square in front of the bridge to the castle, and its operating hours are between 14:45 and 17:00. The Tuesday date remains a fixed stop for fresh products in front of the castle.
The test phase aims to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness and demand for this service. Whether the sales vehicle will become a permanent part of the shopping options in Dreieich remains to be seen, but for now, residents can look forward to a convenient and local shopping experience every Tuesday.
