Motorcyclist obtains grounding following road rule infraction

On September 9, 2024, a woman from Voerde sustained injuries after an unexpected incident on Karl-Heinz-Klingen-Straße in Dinslaken. The woman was travelling from the city centre towards Dinslaken-Hiesfeld on a small motorized vehicle.

According to the police, a car, driven by an unknown individual, was in front of her on the same road. As the car braked suddenly due to an unknown cyclist who crossed the road unexpectedly, the woman fell on the wet road.

The woman continued her journey towards her workplace but sought medical attention the following day, on September 10, 2024. She sustained a fracture, various bruises, and lacerations during the fall.

Unfortunately, no road users stopped to assist the woman after the accident. The police in Dinslaken are currently looking for witnesses and informants who observed the accident on Karl-Heinz-Klingen-Straße.

The driver of the car involved in the accident is also being sought by the police. The public is asked to contact the police in Dinslaken at Tel. 02064-622-0 with any information.
