Mountain organization Velbert, Sauerland seeks new companions
The SGV Department e.V. Velbert, a club for nature lovers and community enthusiasts, invites you to join their upcoming hiking tours. With a diverse programme that includes leisurely strolls, longer hikes, Nordic walking, and excursions, there's something for everyone.
The club, which boasts 170 members, shares a passion for hiking and conscious interaction with nature. Sociability is also an important aspect, making it a perfect opportunity to meet like-minded individuals.
On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, a hike around Schlupkothen, approximately 5 km, is scheduled. For those seeking a longer hike, a day tour of over 12 km from the Schley parking lot is available on Saturday, September 13, 2025, starting at 10:30 AM.
For the hike on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, a short 7.5 km hike from Velbert-Langenhorst Hohenweg is planned. The departure for this hike is at 2:34 PM from ZOB with line OV4. Christel Krey, who can be reached at 02051/82119, will guide this hike.
