Multiple individuals sustained injuries off the road in Wadersloh.
On Monday, February 3, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred in Wadersloh, Germany at 15:42. The incident involved two cars, one driven by a 61-year-old man from Oelde and the other by a 70-year-old woman from Wadersloh.
The man's car, carrying four children aged between five and eleven, veered onto the opposite lane in a right curve, causing the collision. As a result, the man's car skidded into a ditch and came to rest on its left side.
Thankfully, the two five-year-old girls remained unharmed. However, two girls aged eleven and nine, and the 61-year-old man sustained minor injuries. The 70-year-old woman, who was severely injured, was taken to a hospital. The 61-year-old man was taken to an outpatient clinic for treatment. All children were taken to hospitals for treatment and precautionary measures.
The estimated material damage from the accident is around 20,000 euros. The exact cause of the man veering onto the opposite lane is unknown as of the time of this article.
