N26's Co-Founder, Valentin Stalf, announces his departure as CEO and shift to the Supervisory Board.

The Crypto Valley Association (CVA) has announced a change in leadership, with Jérôme Bailly taking over as President, effective September 1, 2025. Bailly succeeds Emi Lorincz, who led the CVA since 2021.

During her tenure, Lorincz expanded institutional engagement, guided the CVA into an internationally recognized association, and enhanced Switzerland's reputation as a hub for blockchain innovation. She also strengthened the CVA's financial and governance foundations.

Lorincz expressed gratitude for her time as President, reflecting on the achievements made during her term. She will remain actively involved in the CVA as Vice President, continuing to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Bailly, who was previously the Vice President of the CVA, acknowledges the strong foundations built by Lorincz during her presidency. He aims to build upon these foundations, focusing on deepening collaboration between web3 innovators and Swiss financial institutions.

Bailly also plans to invest in programmes, team capacity, and digital tools to create long-term value for CVA members. He intends to address regulatory challenges in the blockchain sector, ensuring the CVA remains at the forefront of innovation while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

The CVA's mission is to continue its journey into a new chapter of growth and impact. Under Bailly's leadership, the association aims to strengthen the unity of Switzerland's blockchain hubs and further cement Switzerland's position as a global leader in blockchain technology.

The CVA sends out Fintech Switzerland News once a month, keeping its members and the wider blockchain community updated on the latest developments and initiatives.
