NBA's Draymond Green receives Hustle Award for Warriors

Draymond Green, the seasoned NBA veteran, had another standout year in the 2024-2025 season. The 35-year-old player showcased his versatility and dedication on the court, earning him the NBA Hustle Award.

Green started in 66 games and played a total of 68 games this season. His consistent performance was evident in his impressive averages – 9.0 points per game, 6.1 rebounds per game, 1.5 steals per game, 1.0 blocks per game, and a notable 5.6 assists per game.

The NBA Hustle Award, first presented in the 2016-2017 season, honours a player for their effort plays that often go unnoticed in the traditional box score but significantly contribute to team success. Previous recipients of the award include Marcus Smart (three times), Alex Caruso, and Thaddeus Young.

In the 2016-2017 season, Green also won the Defensive Player of the Year award, further solidifying his reputation as a defensive powerhouse.
