In the world of sports comedies, few films have left as lasting an impact as "Happy Gilmore". The original movie, following an aspiring hockey player who discovers he can drive a golf ball further than anyone on the pro tour, has become a beloved classic. Now, nearly three decades later, "Happy Gilmore 2" has arrived, and it's bringing a host of new faces to the green.

Directed by Kyle Newacheck, "Happy Gilmore 2" sees the return of Dennis Dugan, who helmed the original film. Among the new cast members are Sunny Sandler, Bad Bunny, Benny Safdie, Jackie Sandler, Sadie Sandler, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, Ethan Cutkosky, Philip Schneider, Conor Sherry, Hayley Joel Osment, and Lavell Crawford.

The plot finds our hero, Happy Gilmore, attempting a comeback to help his daughter achieve her dream. In the original film, Happy tried to win enough money to save his grandmother's house.

The movie is now streaming on Netflix, joining its predecessor. However, it's important to note that the original "Happy Gilmore" will leave Netflix in the US on July 31. So, if you haven't had a chance to rewatch it yet, now's the time!

"Happy Gilmore 2" boasts some impressive cameos as well. Alongside professional golfers like Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas, Nelly Korda, Nancy Lopez, John Daly, and Jack Nicklaus, you'll find a host of big names. Travis Kelce, Eric André, Margaret Qualley, Ken Jennings, Eminem, Post Malone, Marcello Hernandez, Dan Patrick, Reggie Bush, Becky Lynch, and Nikki Garcia are just a few of the stars gracing the screen in this sequel.

The original film featured iconic cameos from Bob Barker, Ben Stiller, Kevin Nealon, Verne Lundquist, and Lee Trevino. Joining them in "Happy Gilmore 2" are Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald, and Carl Weathers, among others.
