In the realm of streaming, change is a constant. Some of our favourite films are set to bid adieu to Netflix's library, and here are some noteworthy titles that will be leaving on September 1.

First up, the legendary comedy "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" (2004), starring Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy, a big-headed host of a popular 1970s news show. The movie also features Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, and David Koechner.

Next, "Burn After Reading" (2008), a black comedy by the Coen Brothers, will also be leaving. This real gem, which might just be the Coen Brothers' most underrated effort, packs an all-star cast with George Clooney, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, John Malkovich, and Brad Pitt. Swinton portrays a wife in the movie who is having an affair with U.S. Marshal Harry, played by Clooney.

The plot revolves around a CD with Osbourne Cox's (played by John Malkovich) first draft, which is found by two bumbling employees, Brad Pitt and Frances McDormand, who believe it contains highly classified government information.

Moving on to the psychological horror "Us" (2019), Jordan Peele's follow-up to "Get Out," stars Lupita Nyong'o in a dual role. This movie is known for its numerous shocking twists and is set in a beachside town where a family fights for survival against sinister doppelgängers.

Lastly, "Barbarian" (2022), a twisting, dark thriller, will also be removed from Netflix on September 1. The main actors in this film are Julia Garner as Justine and Josh Brolin as Archer. The movie opens with a young woman settling into her Detroit Airbnb, but is soon disturbed by a stranger claiming to have also booked the rental for the evening. The movie features a note-perfect performance from Justin Long as one of the most loathsome characters in modern cinema.

In Netflix's ever-changing movie library, while new additions are added every month, some old favourites are unfortunately removed at the same time. So, if you're a fan of these films, make sure to catch them before they disappear!
