WSOP Online Series 2025: Five New Champions Crowned

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online Series 2025 on GGPoker has seen five players claim victory in various events, with each winner taking home a significant prize and a coveted WSOP bracelet.

In a standout performance, Song Hui triumphed in the Mini Main Event, pocketing a massive $681,610 payday. This win marks the largest first-place prize of the series so far. Hui's victory also makes Event #12 one of the largest tournaments of the WSOP Online festival, boasting 11,367 entries and a prize pool of $5,399,325.

Francois Billard, a WSOP Circuit ring winner, placed fifth in Event #12, earning $240,982. Meanwhile, Someonesdream finished as runner-up, taking home $306,657.

Victor Lima added to Brazil's growing list of champions this series, winning Event #11: $100 FLIP & GO NLH. Lima received $176,932 for his victory.

Arie Miller earned his first WSOP bracelet in Event #13: $5,000 6-Handed NLH Championship. Miller defeated a 542-entry field to claim the title, taking home $413,376. The 6-Handed Championship has long been one of the most prestigious WSOP no-limit hold'em titles, and Miller now joins an elite group of champions who have claimed it.

Barbara Akemi won Event #10: $500 Ladies NLH Championship, receiving $20,537. Akemi, who has $14,154 in live earnings and 14 of her 15 recorded cashes in her home country, continues to make a name for herself in the poker world.

Sander Ostlyngen claimed victory in Event #9: $320 Bounty NLH, earning $95,097.

The remaining WSOP Online schedule has not been specified, but it is expected to include events such as #14: THE BIG $500 Bounty NLH, #15: $1,000 5-Card Pot-Limit Omaha, and #16: $215 Beat the Pros Bounty NLH.

The winner of the Bracelet in Event #18, the $5,000 Short Deck Championship of the WSOP Online Series 2025, is yet to be determined.

The 2025 WSOP Online on GGPoker has been a thrilling series so far, with these five champions leading the way. As the series continues, it's certain that more exciting moments and victories are on the horizon.
