North American Corporate and Institutional Digital Banking Awards 2025, in collaboration with Infosys - First Round
The 26th annual World's Best Digital Bank Awards has announced its Round I winners, marking the first step towards recognising the leading banks in the digital banking sector.
The winners were chosen from entries evaluated by a world-class panel of judges at Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing. The judges considered various criteria, including digital customer strategy, success in digital usage, growth of digital customers, product offerings, benefits from digital initiatives, and web/mobile site design and functionality.
The editors of a specific website were responsible for the final selection of all winners. Only banks that entered the competition were considered for awards, and awards were only given in those categories, regions, and countries where there were entries.
Round I winners are eligible for consideration in Round II, which will include Regional and Global winners, as well as Global Sub-category winners. The Round II honorees have not been publicly released yet, but interested parties can fill in a form to receive full coverage when it becomes available.
Details on all Round I winners will be published in the September print and digital editions, as well as online at GFMag.com. The Round II winners will be revealed at the 2025 World's Best Digital Banks Awards Ceremony and Forum on October 7 at London's 8 Northumberland Avenue.
The ceremony and forum will mark a significant event in the digital banking industry, celebrating the banks that have shown exceptional digital innovation and customer service. The winners of Round I have set a high bar, and the anticipation for Round II is already building.
