Office Burglary in Bergisch Gladbach: Thieves Make Off with Money and Company Vehicle during Break-in at an Office Complex
In the heart of Bergisch Gladbach, a break-in occurred at a local company on Monday morning. The Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis Police are currently investigating the incident that took place in Friedrich-Ebert-Straße.
The office building, which was last left in an orderly state on Friday at around 16:30, was discovered with damage to its main entrance door at approximately 07:15 on Monday. Upon arrival, the police found evidence of the break-in and secured the scene.
The perpetrators made off with a mid-four-digit cash amount, two car keys, and the company's service vehicle, which is a gray BMW X3. The stolen vehicle has since been secured within the framework of the ongoing investigation.
Several business rooms were forced open and searched inside the office building. The police have filed a criminal complaint regarding the break-in and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
