Officers in Poland detain a 52-year-old individual, residing in Bochum, for alleged driving-related offenses.
In Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, a traffic control conducted on September 4th in the area of Bochumer Straße led to an unexpected incident. Around 5 PM, officers from the deployment unit of the Bochum Police stopped a car.
The driver of the vehicle, a resident of Gummersbach, was found to be driving without a valid driver's license and without a permit for the car to operate. A breath alcohol test revealed a reading of 0.48 per thousand, and a drug test showed positive for cocaine. Consequently, the officers prohibited further travel of the car and secured the license plates, as they were discovered to be stolen.
However, a twist in the tale emerged when it was found that the passenger, a resident of Marienheide, had a valid driver's license. A doctor took a blood sample from the driver for further investigation.
