The licensed operators in Maryland for sports betting and daily fantasy sports are Bally Bet Sportsbook, BetMGM, betParx, BetRivers, Caesars Sportsbook, Crab Sports, DraftKings, ESPNBet, Fanatics Sportsbook, FanDuel, and LetsBetMD.
It's worth noting that betting and online fantasy competitions are the only legal gaming options in Maryland. Sweepstakes, a grey-area gaming format that is neither legal nor illegal in many markets, remain a controversial issue.
