Headline: The 2026 NAHB International Builders' Show™ (IBS) to Take Place in Orlando, Florida

The residential design and construction industry is gearing up for a major event, as the 2026 NAHB International Builders' Show™ (IBS) is set to take place from February 17-19, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.

The 13th Annual Design & Construction Week® (DCW) will co-locate with the National Kitchen & Bath Association's (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS), marking the return of this prestigious event to Orlando. The shows are expected to host more than 2,350 exhibiting brands spanning over 1.2 million net square feet of exhibit space, making it the largest annual gathering of its kind in the world.

The IBS show floor will be organized into six main segments or groupings of products/services, featuring special zones like the New Product Zone, IBS Start-up Zone, Construction Performance Zone, Jobsite Safety Zone, and IBS Outdoor Exhibits including the Pro Builder Show Village. Attendees can network while touring demonstration homes and experiencing interactive programming and new products at the IBS Outdoor Exhibits.

The show homes of IBS, The New American Home® and The New American Remodel®, will be located in nearby Winter Park and are available for attendees and media members to tour. Ticketed attendees can also attend the IBS House Party at Pointe Orlando on the first day of the show.

Attendees with an Expo+Education Pass will have 3-day access to all IBS Education sessions and both IBS and KBIS show floors. There will be a choice of 120+ sessions across nine tracks, covering today's most pressing and relevant topics for builders, remodelers, designers, and other housing industry pros. A free spouse registration is available for NAHB Members, and $75 for Non-Members.

The DCW Opening Ceremonies will take place on the morning of Feb. 17, featuring Emmitt Smith as the keynote speaker. Complimentary registration is available to credentialed members of the working press, more information can be found at Designandconstructionweek.com/press.

After the 2026 show, IBS will permanently move to Las Vegas for all future shows. The organizer of the 2026 DCW in Orlando, Florida, is The Event Group. During September, steep discounts are available for IBS registrants, including free Expo Pass for NAHB members, $75 Expo Pass for non-members, and up to $195 savings on an Expo+Education Pass.
