Theater Heinz Hilpert in Luenen debuts its new season on September 13th and 14th, continuing its tradition of performances on the Cultural Bureau Stage in Tobiaspark, centrally located at the perennial Lunsche Messe.

Get ready for a vibrant cultural extravaganza in the heart of Lünen, Germany, as the city's cultural hub, the Kulturbühne stage at Tobiaspark, prepares to open its doors for a two-day celebration on the 13th and 14th of September, 2025.

The season, presented by Stadtwerke Lünen, promises an eclectic mix of music, theatre, comedy, dance, and drag, catering to a wide array of tastes. The event is free for visitors, making it an accessible treat for all.

The festivities begin on the 13th with the season's opening, followed by a performance by Germany's most successful blues band, Blues Company, at 19:00. The evening concludes with a tribute show, "Alex im Westerland," featuring the best songs from Die Ärzte and Die Toten Hosen.

On the second day, the Children's Dance Action hosted by Dance School Falk takes place at 13:00. At 14:00, the Märchenbühne Dortmund presents "The Magician Pfiffikus and the Adventure Journey" Children's Puppet Theater. For the older audience, Duo Mimikri's "Tasty Biscuits" show, suitable for ages 8 and above, takes place at 17:00.

Saturday also sees a lively excerpt from the revue of the golden 20s by the Kulisse Studio-Bühne e. V. at 15:00, and a drag show featuring ChiChi DeVine, Linda Secret & Danielle Thompson at 16:30. The evening culminates with a Mixed Slam: Word Meets Movement at 15:30, featuring students from the Geschwister-Scholl-Gesamtschule and dancers from the Loyal Dance Academy.

The Heinz-Hilpert-Theater in Lünen also joins the celebrations, starting its new season on the 13th and 14th of September. The season presents a diverse program that includes performances by local bands and theatre groups, including a jazz ensemble and a contemporary dance troupe.
