Hamm: Pedestrian Causes Rear-End Collision on Dortmunder Street
A pedestrian crossing Dortmunder Street near the Shell gas station in Hamm-Herringen caused a rear-end collision on August 24th, at approximately 2:15 PM.
The first vehicle involved in the accident was a BMW driven by a 32-year-old individual from Lünen. The BMW had a 29-year-old passenger who was slightly injured and taken to the hospital, along with a 10-month-old infant who was unharmed but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The second vehicle involved in the accident was a Mercedes driven by a 50-year-old individual from Hamm. The Mercedes had a 48-year-old passenger who was also slightly injured and taken to the hospital. The Mercedes, one of the vehicles involved in the accident, was severely damaged and had to be towed away.
