The police in Lübeck noticed that traffic signs at the roundabout on Lübeck Street and Bredenfeld Street had been covered with Hamburger SV stickers. Further investigation revealed that traffic signs on Eutiner Street, Bath Street, and Diesel Street had also been affixed with similar stickers.
Reports from residents suggest that these stickers were put up during the night in question. The police are now investigating this case under suspicion of joint malicious damage, as the stickers are believed to be irreversibly attached without causing damage to the coating.
