Planned Events: Motoball Tournaments at the Local and National Levels in Krasnoarmysky District
The sports arena "Victory" in the Krasnarmiejsky District is currently undergoing repairs, with the aim of hosting regional and federal-level Motoball competitions. This unique sport, a combination of football and motorcycles, has been a significant part of the district's sporting life for over four decades, thanks to the local team 'Kirovets'.
Alexander Haritonov, the district's head, has stated that these repairs will give a new boost to the development of Motoball. The team 'Kirovets', under the guidance of international master of sports Nikolai Vanukov, has won competitions of various levels throughout its 40-year history. Currently, approximately 40 young athletes are engaged in motoball at the 'Kirovets' sports school.
The repairs, carried out as per tasks set by the Kuban governor, include the Motoball field in the sports arena "Victory". Sergei Ivanov is responsible for the technical condition of the motorcycles used by the 'Kirovets' team. Despite its achievements, 'Kirovets' has further growth and development potential.
The local team 'Kirovets' has been a consistent performer, with two age groups: adult and junior. The repairs are taking place in the Krasnarmiejsky District, with the district's head, Alexander Haritonov, mentioning that these repairs will enable hosting regional and federal-level Motoball competitions.
