Poker Newcomer Stephen Scuderi Wins Second Ring in 18 Months

Poker enthusiast Stephen Scuderi has made a remarkable impact in the game, winning his second ring in just 18 months. This impressive feat came in the Black Chip Bounty event, which attracted a solid turnout and awarded a substantial prize pool.

The Black Chip Bounty event saw 345 entries, resulting in a combined total of $113,850 in prizes. Scuderi, a newcomer to the game, took home the top prize of $17,383, making it his third biggest cash and second ring in a short period. Cindy Kerslake finished as the runner-up, winning $11,497.

Meanwhile, the Mini Main Event is expected to generate a significant prize pool, potentially reaching over $600,000. Day 1A of the Mini Main Event awarded $21,698 in prizes, with 276 entries surpassing the previous 4-Flight event's numbers by 15.5%. Faraz Jaka led the chip counts with 1.846 million chips. Fourteen players advanced to Day 2, with Josh O'Neill-Trotta and Benny Sarnelli leading the chip counts.
