Police Force in Hagen Begins New Recruitment Year, Welcoming 279 New Officers for Future Training

The city of Hagen, Germany, welcomed a new batch of aspiring police commissioners and government inspectors on Monday, 1st September 2025, at the Naumburg Hall in Hohenlimburg.

The event, marking the appointment of the trainee police commissioners in Hagen, was attended by Police President Ursula Tomahogh and the training leadership. The specific person who officially welcomed the apprentices of the Police Hagen was not explicitly mentioned in the available search results.

Each of the 279 students, including 8 trainee government inspectors, was called individually, walked onto the stage, and warmly welcomed with a beaming face and a firm handshake. Upon successful completion of their study program, these students will be appointed as police commissioners or will prepare for a career in administration.

The three-year study program combines theory, training, and practice. The students will earn the academic title of Bachelor of Arts for the police commissioners and the academic title of Bachelor of Laws for the trainee government inspectors.

The Hagen Police wishes all students joy and success in their studies. For inquiries, the Hagen Police Press Office can be contacted at [email protected].

The trainee police commissioners and trainee government inspectors are embarking on an exciting, challenging, and formative chapter in their lives. Each student received a certificate after being welcomed, which they signed.
