While the suspect sought by the Dortmund public prosecutor for this specific incident has yet to be identified in the available search results, the Federal Police located the other two suspects swiftly. One of the suspects, a 34-year-old man from Castrop-Rauxel, was found to have a pocket knife and a breath alcohol level of approximately 1.7 per mille. However, due to cooperative behaviour, he was released at the scene.

The other suspect, who was homeless, was brought to the ground, restrained with handcuffs, and taken to the station for further questioning. A previous check of his data revealed that the public prosecutors' offices in Münster and Würzburg were also looking for his whereabouts.

Upon arrival, officers found a German witness who provided a detailed description of the suspects. The Federal Police Dortmund have an official Twitter account, @BPOL NRW, where updates on this and other cases may be found.

The Federal Police have informed the competent public prosecutors' offices about the investigation and continue to work diligently to identify the remaining suspect.
