In the quiet town of Hagen, Germany, a tragic incident has left residents in shock. On the morning of August 27, 2025, a resident discovered a deceased cat on a meadow adjacent to Lindenau Street.
The owner of the cat had heard a loud bang coming from the direction of Meindiek Street the previous evening, around 20:30 on August 26. The exact location of the incident was the meadow behind the owner's property, where the dead cat was later found.
The police suspect that the cat died from a gunshot wound, although the connection between the loud bang and the dead cat remains unclear and is currently under investigation.
