President persists in election efforts prior to the forthcoming Extended Play release featuring the track "Crush Me"

In a thrilling turn of events, the British band President, who made their debut at this summer's Download festival, have released a new single titled "Destroy Me". This is their fourth single overall, following "In The Name Of The Father", "Fearless", and "Rage".

The single "Destroy Me" was released on September 5, marking another significant milestone for the enigmatic band. President's music is inspired by a crisis of faith the frontman experienced after leaving organized religion, serving as a means for him to explore these feelings without it feeling personal.

The band's debut EP, titled "King Of Terrors", is set to be released on September 26. Two tracks from the EP, "Dionysus" and "Conclave", have not been released yet, adding to the anticipation surrounding the release.

The frontman of President, known simply as 'President', was recently interviewed by Metal Hammer. In the interview, he expressed uncertainty about how much of his beliefs are his own and how much is influenced by what he was told. This introspective approach is reflected in the band's music, making for a unique and thought-provoking listening experience.

President's first headline show was on July 30 at The Garage in London and quickly sold out. The band's success has continued to grow, with their headline tour scheduled in the UK in April already sold-out. After their US rallies in December, President will tour Australia supporting the band Architects later in the month.

The band's background and the identities of its members are shrouded in mystery, adding to the intrigue surrounding President. In January and February, President will play across Europe with Architects, promising an exciting tour for fans.

In addition to their upcoming tours, President has 'rallies' scheduled for New York and Los Angeles in December. Fans eager to catch a live performance of "Destroy Me" and other hits should mark their calendars for these events. With their unique sound and enigmatic presence, President is a band not to be missed.
