Privia Expands Its Global Transportation Infrastructure with the Appointment of a Former DHL Executive

Privalia, the popular Spanish fashion e-commerce platform, has announced the appointment of Víctor del Pozo as its new Global Logistics Manager. With over 14 years of experience in the logistics sector, del Pozo is set to bring his expertise to Privalia as the company expands into new sectors such as travel and continues to grow in the fashion industry.

Del Pozo spent the last 8 years at DHL Supply Chain, where he honed his skills in the logistics sector. Prior to DHL, he worked for DHL Express, FM Logistic, ID Logistics, CVC, CTC Ingeniería Dedicada, and most recently, DHL Supply Chain.

Del Pozo holds a master's degree in Industrial Production Engineering and Plant Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, as well as a PDD from the Iese business school. He also completed the Supply Chain Leadership Certificate Program at the University of Wisconsin and has a postgraduate degree in Environmental Consulting.

In his new role, del Pozo will report to Antonio Grau, corporate general director of Privalia. He will oversee three business units: Privalia, dress-for-less, and Claire+Bruce. Del Pozo will be responsible for leading logistics in five markets: Spain, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, and Germany.

Privalia, led by Lucas Carné and José Manuel Villanueva, is expecting to close 2011 with a turnover of 336 million euros. With del Pozo's appointment, the company aims to further streamline its logistics operations and continue its growth trajectory.

Del Pozo graduated from the Naval Machines faculty, and his diverse background in the logistics sector is expected to bring a fresh perspective to Privalia's operations. As Privalia diversifies into new sectors and expands its reach, del Pozo's expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless logistics and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
