Real Estate Firm Homeland Group carries out Groundbreaking Ceremony for Homeland Global Park, Aims to Induce a 5 Million sq. ft. Multipurpose Complex within 15 Acres of Land in Mohali
In a significant development, Punjab's most revered real estate developer, the Homeland Group, is set to create a new benchmark with its upcoming project, Homeland Global Park. Located in Sector 75, International Airport Road, Mohali, the mixed-use development spans across approximately 15 acres of prime land.
The project, which is in line with the growth of the region as a Corporate and Luxury retail destination, is being led by Umang Jindal, the CEO of Homeland Group. Jindal is a well-established real estate developer headquartered in Mohali, Punjab, known for developing landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
The Homeland Group is continuing to achieve success with the development of Homeland Global Park. The development includes high-end retail, luxurious serviced apartments, boutique offices with large IT floor plates, and India's largest indoor arena for live performances and entertainment events.
In a notable move, the Group is also introducing an uber premium mall, which has not been previously mentioned in their projects. This addition is expected to further enhance the shopping experience for visitors.
The statement suggests that there is a lack of grade A spaces in Chandigarh, and Homeland Global Park aims to address this gap by offering premium office spaces.
Abhay Jindal and Mrinaal Mittal, key participants in the Homeland Group, are part of the project and will be present at the Bhumi Pujan ceremony for Homeland Global Park. The built up area of the development is approximately 5 million sq. ft., making it a significant contribution to the real estate landscape of the region.
With the Bhumi Pujan ceremony for Homeland Global Park underway, the Homeland Group is set to redefine the standard of mixed-use developments in the region. The development is expected to significantly contribute to the growth of Mohali as a Corporate and Luxury retail destination.
