In the heart of Bochum, Germany, a fraud incident unfolded on Monday, March 10th, around 2 pm, at the shopping center located on Dorstener Straße 400. According to the Bochum Police Press Office, the incident involved a 36-year-old man from Bochum who was approached by an unknown individual.
The suspect, who claimed to be from the UK and stated that he had lost his bank card, asked the man for cash. The man complied, and the suspect withdrew money from his account. However, the suspect did not return the money as promised, prompting the Bochum Police to launch an investigation.
