Recruitment agency Adecco has named a new Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications and Global Marketing Partnerships.
Zurich-Based HR Solutions Provider Adecco Appoints Stephan Howeg as Senior Vice President
Adecco, the world's leading Human Resource (HR) services group, has announced the appointment of Stephan Howeg as its new Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications and Global Marketing Partnerships. The Swiss-educated executive will take up his new role on February 1, 2007.
With extensive experience in global business and communications management, Howeg brings a wealth of expertise to Adecco. From 10/97 until 01/01, he served as the Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing Communications for Sunrise (TDC Switzerland AG). Following this, he held the position of Chief Communications Officer for cablecom, the leading Swiss cable operator, from 05/03 until 12/06. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President responsible for Corporate Communications & Investor Relations for Ascom, an international Telecommunications supplier active in more than 15 countries, from 02/01 until 04/03.
In his new role, Howeg will be responsible for Adecco's global Public Relations and Internal Communications, as well as its worldwide marketing partnerships, including sponsorships. The group, which is headquartered in Switzerland, has a network that connects over 700,000 associates with business clients each day. This network consists of 33,000 employees and 6,600 offices in over 70 countries and territories.
