Redesign unveiled: Seeking fresh talents for our revamped team!
The Interaction Design Foundation (IDF), the world's largest online design school, has announced a comprehensive redesign of its platform, marking its biggest release to date. This head-to-toe overhaul aims to improve the learning experience and make it more enjoyable for its 80,000 students.
The redesign, which was carried out over more than a year of intensive, painstaking work, includes numerous improvements. Text-based content is now being transformed into engaging and immersive videos, providing a more interactive learning experience. The updated Content Delivery Network (CDN) and compression improvements allow for a smooth video experience, even on slow networks and mobile devices.
The platform's user interface provides faster responses due to optimized code, and page load time has reduced significantly due to code optimizations on both the front-end and back-end. Fonts load optimally on the redesigned platform, ensuring a seamless reading experience.
In addition, the platform now boasts improved animations, enhanced copy, and better readability. The video player on the platform has been completely revamped for a better user experience. Fewer front-end assets like JavaScript code, CSS, and images are being loaded, contributing to a faster and more efficient platform.
The redesign also includes the addition of high-spec database servers, improved firewalls, and enhanced security measures, ensuring the safety and privacy of its users. On-demand Master Class webinars with design experts are now available on the platform, and members can access these webinars at a special price of just $5 per webinar.
The Interaction Design Foundation is not only enhancing its learning experience but also expanding its team. Job opportunities are available for designers, writers, educators, and editors to join the team. The mission is now to become the world's best and most recognized design school in existence.
The redesigned platform also offers additional guidance on how to continue and maximize learning. Four new courses are about to be released, including two top-secret ones. Exclusive discounts from Product Partners are being offered, providing even more value to its members.
Working with the team guarantees a fully remote, independent lifestyle, limitless opportunities for learning and growth, and a rewarding culture. The Social Insurance Board in Estonia conducted a similar complete overhaul of its platform this year, representing its largest release to date, and is seeking new employees to further scale its victim support services system.
As the Interaction Design Foundation continues to grow and evolve, it remains committed to providing the best possible learning experience for its students, and this redesign is a significant step towards achieving that goal.
