She is the Head of the Department of Reproductive Medicine at Chennai Maaruti Medical Center Hospitals and Genesis IVF Advanced Fertility Centre, where she has been instrumental in providing specialized treatment to couples facing fertility issues.
Dr. Sadasivam's research in the molecular biology of gametes led to the discovery of a treatment method with high success rates in reproductive medicine technologies. This government-approved treatment method, which includes the capsule test-tube baby technique, has become a boon for couples facing recurrent IVF failures and for men with very low sperm counts. Through this advanced method, Dr. Sadasivam has brought hope to over 50,000 elderly couples.
