Bazaar Meat by José Andrés to Open at The Venetian in Las Vegas

Bazaar Meat, the popular steakhouse by renowned chef José Andrés, is set to open at The Venetian in Las Vegas on October 4. The restaurant, which previously operated at the Sahara Las Vegas, will occupy a space of over 20,000 square feet on the lower level of the lobby of the Palazzo Tower.

The Venetian, a prominent resort in Las Vegas, will have five steakhouses upon the opening of Bazaar Meat and Cote Vegas. A sixth steakhouse is reportedly on the way at The Venetian.

Investor Joseph Bastianich is attributed to the opening of Bazaar Meat at the Palazzo Tower of the Venetian on September 4. The restaurant is being managed by Apollo Global Management.

Johnathan L. Wright, from the Las Vegas Review Journal, announced the opening of Bazaar Meat on a previous date, and the property confirmed the opening on a later date. The restaurant closed at its previous location on July 31.

Bazaar Meat's design is inspired by Feria de Jerez, an annual Spanish celebration of equestrian and Andalusian culture. The exact location of the restaurant within The Venetian was not specified in the article.

Bazaar Meat is not the first restaurant to move to The Venetian, as it was previously located at the Sahara Las Vegas. The restaurant's move to The Venetian marks a decade since its establishment.

The opening of Bazaar Meat at The Venetian adds to the resort's diverse range of commercial casino amenities. Visitors to The Venetian can look forward to experiencing Bazaar Meat's unique blend of Spanish and American culinary influences.
