Residential Break-in in Bad Homburg, cigarette vending machines targeted in Oberursel, and an e-bike theft in Königstein.

In two separate incidents on April 19, 2025, unknown perpetrators caused chaos in the town of Bad Homburg, Germany. The first incident occurred at a residence on Seedammweg, where the perpetrators committed a burglary, causing significant damage to the property. Meanwhile, in Königstein, a valuable e-bike was stolen from a garden shed on Ölmühlweg.

In the Seedammweg burglary, the perpetrators gained entry using an aluminum extension ladder that did not belong to the property. They climbed onto the house roof, partially removed it, and searched several rooms before leaving through an open balcony or terrace door. The crime was reported by alert neighbors who notified the police, but the perpetrators managed to escape before the patrol arrived.

The stolen goods in this incident are currently unknown, and the property damage amounts to several thousand euros. The public is asked to provide tips about suspicious observations or the perpetrators to the Oberursel police station under telephone number 06171/62400.

In the second incident, the e-bike "Cube" mountain bike, valued at 3,900 euros, was stolen from a garden shed on Ölmühlweg in Königstein. The bike was left unsecured, and along with it, the thieves made off with the battery and lock.
