The second phase of the "Mein Beelitz" residential quarter is now underway in Beelitz, a town southwest of Berlin and Potsdam. This new development will add 34 semi-detached houses, 34 row houses, two multi-family houses with 18 apartments each, and 17 individual single-family houses to the area.

The construction of the new buildings will adhere to the Efficiency House 55 standard, ensuring energy-efficient and environmentally friendly homes. Each of the new houses will feature its own heat pump, which also has a cooling function.

The first phase of the "Mein Beelitz" residential quarter, consisting of 16 semi-detached houses, is nearing completion, with approximately 70% of the units already sold and occupied. The completion and handover of the first sold units is scheduled for July 2026.

The residential quarter is being developed on an approximately 33,000 square meter site, located adjacent to a landscape protection area and within walking distance of Beelitz-Stadt train station and the historic old town. This prime location offers easy access to Potsdam, Berlin, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport, as well as direct connections from the train station.

Beelitz boasts a well-developed social infrastructure, with several kindergartens, schools, medical practices, and shopping facilities in close proximity. For recreational activities, residents can enjoy the Wasserturmpark, city park, Barefoot Park, Tree Top Path in Beelitz-Heilstätten, and Seddiner See.

Supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, and Rewe are located within less than two kilometers of the quarter, ensuring easy access to everyday essentials. The motorway is also easily accessible from the quarter, ensuring good regional connections.

BRALE Bau GmbH has been appointed as the general contractor for both the first and second construction phases of the residential quarter. Individual adjustments through upgrades, special requests, or customization are possible to meet the unique needs of each buyer.

The new houses will be offered turnkey, allowing buyers to move in directly upon completion. With living spaces ranging between 120 and 140 square meters, these energy-efficient homes are an attractive option for those seeking a comfortable and sustainable living environment in the Beelitz area.
