Restructuring at Pandora in Spain: Aurélie Alexandre appointed as the new Iberian director
Pandora, the Danish jewellery company, has announced a change in top management with the appointment of Aurelie Alexandre as the national director of Pandora Iberia. Alexandre will be based in Madrid and will lead the markets of Spain and Portugal, taking over from Alizee Huitorel who has recently transitioned to the role of general director of the Western Europe cluster.
Alexandre's role involves strengthening corporate culture, driving sustainable growth, and fostering closeness with clients in both Spain and Portugal. She will be responsible for leading the operations in the region, with her operations reporting directly to her. This appointment is effective in Pandora Iberia.
Prior to this role, Alexandre served as director of marketing for the Western and Eastern Europe (Weeu) cluster, where she led previous years in the Pandora Group, specifically in 2022 and 2023.
The operating gross result margin for the first half of the year stands at 20.3%, a reduction compared to the 20.9% margin a year ago. The first-quarter operating gross result was 559 million euros, and the first-half sales for the year were 14,421 million Danish kroner (1,932 million euros), marking an increase of 6% compared to the same period last year. The operating gross result (ebitda) for the first half of the year was 4,175 million Danish kroner (559 million euros).
Alexandre's aim in Iberia is to drive sustainable growth for the company. Her focus on corporate culture and client relationships is expected to contribute positively to Pandora's growth in the region.
This change in top management is part of Pandora's ongoing efforts to strengthen its operations and drive growth in key markets. With Alexandre's extensive experience and proven track record, Pandora is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory in Spain and Portugal.
