Return of Momad 2025: The Conscious Boutique - Showcasing the Most Eco-Friendly Fashion Items at the Fair
La Boutique Consciente Returns to Momad Madrid 2025
After a successful debut in February 2025, La Boutique Consciente is back at Momad Madrid. This exhibition space, curated by 001.Agency, is once again showcasing a selection of innovative brands that are redefining the fashion industry with their eco-responsible practices.
The curator of La Boutique Consciente, Belvis Soler, has carefully chosen brands that embody five key criteria: Circular Innovation, Transparency & Ethics, Natural Materials, High Artisanship, and Social Impact.
Susan Pinto, for instance, combines respect for nature and artisanal craftsmanship, creating beautiful bio-cotton kimonos and pants for La Boutique Consciente. Ildhorit presents a tailored wool pant and a cotton blouse from Málaga, certified by BCI, GOTS, and GRS.
Morena Toro showcases hand-embroidered tunics and kimonos made from traditional Paraguayan techniques, while Dando un Paseo features a dress made from 100% bamboo, paired with sustainable accessories from other brands at La Boutique Consciente.
Estrivancus interprets Ibizan tradition with sustainable production, preserving craftsmanship and the environment. Coral Secret celebrates femininity and nature connection with handcrafted designs from natural fibers.
Eva Otoño, who combines architecture and fashion aesthetics, presents recycled textile pieces produced in workshops by women in Bogotá. Elemente Clemente showcases a linen jacket with a water-saving digital print, paired with a LenzingTM EcoveroTM top by Surkana and a woven Iraca bag by Coral Secret.
Surkana goes beyond trends, focusing on sustainable fabrics like Aloe Vera, EcoVero, bamboo viscose, and plant-based lyocell, ensuring comfort and skin-friendliness. Island Soulmates creates versatile, long-lasting microfiber towels that are eco-friendly.
Julise Magon showcases a bio-cotton shirt, handmade in Madrid, paired with a sustainable skirt by Eva Otoño. Tony Bonet presents an all-cotton fringed total look, paired with handwoven espadrilles by Estrivancus Eivissa.
Surkana presents a GOTS-certified organic cotton dress, paired with a Fique bag from Arte y Tejido, supporting over 150 artisans in Colombia. Derive af Buren reinterprets jeans with Colombian Molas and pairs them with sustainable accessories at La Boutique Consciente.
Lua Swimwear presents a handcrafted eco-swimsuit paired with a towel from Island Soulmates, made from 22 recycled plastic bottles (GRS-certified). Star Love Alpargatas, with LWG-certified nappa leather and hand-stitched details from bio-materials, complete the lineup.
La Boutique Consciente is not just a fashion exhibition; it's a testament to the power of sustainable fashion and the brands that are leading the way. This year, it returns to Momad Madrid 2025, inviting visitors to explore, learn, and be inspired by the future of fashion.
